Sweet Packaging, the candy box division of Cleveland-based Beachwood Packaging Corp., has purchased the assets of Portage Packaging Inc., which ceased operations after 90 years of doing business. All of Portage Packaging’s product line will now be available from Sweet Packaging.

Sweet Packaging, the candy box division of Beachwood Packaging Corporation, has purchased some assets of Portage Packaging Inc., which has ceased operations. Their confectionery product line will now be available from Sweet Packaging.

The company offers stock set-up candy boxes with or without trays. In addition, Sweet Packaging offers an assortment of one-piece folding candy boxes, one and two-piece folding gift boxes, pads and gift certificates.

Custom boxes are also available with customer-specified sizes, wraps, trays, hot-stamping and printing.
