How to Pay

    • Terms:  NET 30 Days
    • Credit is extended to accounts that have submitted a credit application and have been approved.

  • NOTE: If you have a pre-printed sheet with your credit information, please fax it to us, attached to our form, signed and dated.

    • When faxing or telephoning orders, please indicate which card you wish to use. Provide the card number, name as it appear on the credit card, and expiration date (month & year), plus billing address, zip code, and security digits on reverse side of the card.

Credit / Terms for New Accounts

Allow three weeks for processing of credit application. We offer credit terms of net 30 days to accounts that have submitted credit applications and have been approved.  Credit is approved for customers that normally order over $500 per order. Credit is provided to accounts that have been in business for a minimum of 3-years and carry a bank account balance of a minimum of low 5-figures. All references must be current suppliers, i.e., having delivered product within the past 9-months. Credit will not be given for more than what is currently available from other suppliers.

  • Overdue accounts automatically loose their credit status and will be moved to a prepaid/ credit card status. This new status is maintained for 3 years before credit re-application applies.
  • Credit is only provided to items shipped to a commercial address, i.e., non-residential.
Minimum Order
Minimum Order is  $100.  This minimum excludes one time-die & artwork charges, shipping charges, and handling fees.
Pricing & Quantities
Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are based on quantities being shipped at one time. Pack quantities (individual cartons) are the minimum amount that can be purchased for the items listed.  Prices are noted for specific pack quantities, i.e., per 1000, per 100, per each item, etc.
  • Box quantities can be combined for quantity discounts.

Return Policy
If it is necessary to return merchandise, returned goods must be returned in unused and undamaged condition within 30 days from date of invoice to receive credit. Before returning the merchandise, call Customer Service at 1-800-486-0444 to obtain a Return Goods Authorization Number. Goods returned without prior authorization by Sweet Packaging will not be accepted nor credited. Returns must be accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization Number, and are subject to a 20% restocking fee (minimum of $20.00). If Sweet Packaging is in error, then there is no restocking fee. All returns will be subject to inspection.  Original shipping charges are non-refundable. All returns must be shipped with freight prepaid. There are NO returns allowed for custom or customized boxes. (Note: All return items MUST be returned in their original cartons. If boxes, pads, or trays are removed from their original cartons, they are considered unacceptalbe for return credit.)
Internet Orders
Orders are not taken over the internet from our website. The internet, sweetpackaging.com, is used to provide information only, and for communications.
Shipping Charges

All shipping charges are extra.  All shipments are F.O.B. Cleveland, Ohio.  We reserve the right to ship from any of our warehouse locations and determine the most economical way to ship.  Shipments via common carrier are sent either collect or prepaid, at our descretion for lowest cost. UPS shipments are billed  / charged when merchandise is shipped. There is a handling charge per carton on UPS and USPS shipments. We do not ship C.O.D.

  • Please advise if RESIDENTIAL delivery when ordering so that the proper rates and discounts can be applied.
  • UPS
    $1.00 handling charge per box. $15.00 Maximum charge.
     
  • USPS
    • Boxes will be shipped Priority Mail.
    •  All boxes are insured for $100/box, unless notified otherwise by customer, or if boxes are actually priced at a higher amount.
    • Handling charges are as follows:
      • First 10 cartons are charged at $1.00/carton.
      • Next cartons (11+) are charged at $0.50/ carton.
Loss or Damage
All merchandise should be inspected carefully upon delivery.  We are not responsible for loss or damage sustained during transit.   Claims should be made promptly against the carrier.  External visible damage and /or shortages must be noted on the carrier’s waybill at time of delivery. This is the responsibility of the recipient of the merchandise.
